Tests ELISA
Human TCP1 theta ELISA kit is a 90 minutes sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TCP1 theta in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids.
- Higher throughput: Get results in just 90 minutes, with a single wash step
- Detection range: 30 to 480 ng/L
- Sensitivity: 1,16 ng/L
- Sample type: Serum, plasma or other biological fluids
- Assay precision: Intra-assay: CV <8%, Inter-assay: CV <10%
Human TCP1 theta ELISA kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative measurement of human TCP1 theta in An antibody specific for TCP1 theta has been pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate. The standards and test samples are added into the wells and the TCP1 theta present in each sample is bound to the wells by the immobilised antibody. Biotinylated Anti-TCP1 theta antibody, which also binds the TCP1 theta present in each sample, and Streptavidin-HRP, which binds the Biotinylated Anti-TCP1 theta antibody, are added and the microtiter plate is incubated. Following incubation, unbound Biotinylated Anti-TCP1 theta antibody and unbound Streptavidin-HRP are removed by washing, and two substrate solutions are added to the wells. Colour develops in proportion to the amount of TCP1 theta captured in each well. The colour development is stopped by addition of stop solution which changes the colour from blue to yellow and the intensity of the colour is then measured. The concentration of TCP1 theta in the samples can then be calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.
