Tests ELISA
Human STUB1/CHIP ELISA kit is a 90 minutes sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human STUB1/CHIP in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids.
- Higher throughput: Get results in just 90 minutes, with a single wash step
- Detection range: 100 to 1600 ng/L
- Sensitivity: 7,46 ng/L
- Sample type: Serum, plasma or other biological fluids
- Assay precision: Intra-assay: CV <8%, Inter-assay: CV <10%
Human STUB1/CHIP ELISA kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative measurement of human STUB1/CHIP in An antibody specific for STUB1/CHIP has been pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate. The standards and test samples are added into the wells and the STUB1/CHIP present in each sample is bound to the wells by the immobilised antibody. Biotinylated Anti-STUB1/CHIP antibody, which also binds the STUB1/CHIP present in each sample, and Streptavidin-HRP, which binds the Biotinylated Anti-STUB1/CHIP antibody, are added and the microtiter plate is incubated. Following incubation, unbound Biotinylated Anti-STUB1/CHIP antibody and unbound Streptavidin-HRP are removed by washing, and two substrate solutions are added to the wells. Colour develops in proportion to the amount of STUB1/CHIP captured in each well. The colour development is stopped by addition of stop solution which changes the colour from blue to yellow and the intensity of the colour is then measured. The concentration of STUB1/CHIP in the samples can then be calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.
