Tests ELISA
Human MCM7/PRL ELISA kit is a 90 minutes sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MCM7/PRL in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids.
- Higher throughput: Get results in just 90 minutess, with a single wash step
- Detection range: 100 to 1600 ng/L
- Sensitivity: 7,31 ng/L
- Sample type: Serum, plasma or other biological fluids
- Assay precision: Intra assay: CV <8%, Inter assay: CV <10%
Human MCM7/PRL ELISA kit (A313270) employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative measurement of human MCM7/PRL in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for MCM7/PRL has been pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate. The standards and test samples are added into the wells and the MCM7/PRL present in each sample is bound to the wells by the immobilised antibody. Biotinylated anti-MCM7/PRL antibody, which also binds the MCM7/PRL present in each sample, and Streptavidin-HRP, which binds the Biotinylated anti-MCM7/PRL antibody, are added and the microtiter plate is incubated. Following incubation, unbound Biotinylated anti-MCM7/PRL antibody and unbound Streptavidin-HRP are removed by washing, and two substrate solutions are added to the wells. Colour develops in proportion to the amount of MCM7/PRL captured in each well. The colour development is stopped by addition of stop solution which changes the colour from blue to yellow and the intensity of the colour is then measured. The concentration of MCM7/PRL in the samples can then be calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.
