Inosine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt hydrate ≥98%, poudre blanche
Inosine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt hydrate
IMP a nucleotide produced by the deamination of adenosine monophosphate (AMP); it is the precursor of AMP and GMP in purine biosynthesis and an intermediate in purine salvage and in purine degradation.
Inosine 5′-monophosphate (IMP) is used as a substrate to study the distribution, specificity and kinetics of inosine-5′-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH).
Inosine monophosphate, or inosinic acid, is the ribonucleotide of hypoxanthine and the first nucleotide formed during purine synthesis.
Soluble in water (5% aq soln).
