Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-1329R-A350)

Fournisseur: Bioss
Description: The N-terminal may be involved in transducing a signal required for tight junction assembly, while the C-terminal may have specific properties of tight junctions. The alpha domain might be involved in stabilizing junctions. Plays a role in the regulation of cell migration by targeting CDC42BPB to the leading edge of migrating cells.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-8352R-A750)

Fournisseur: Bioss
Description: Accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. in vitro catalyzes 'Lys-11'- and 'Lys-48'-, as well as 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitination. Participates in the regulation of transepithelial sodium transport in renal cells. May be involved in cell growth arrest.

Description: Myb-Related Protein B (MYBL2), a member of the MYB family of transcription factor genes, is a nuclear protein involved in the regulation of cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation. It has been shown to activate the cell division cycle 2, cyclin D1, and insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 5 genes.

Fournisseur: Bioss
Description: May be involved in the regulation of cell-cell interactions or in synatogenesis during the maturation of the nervous system. NERP peptides are involved in the control of body fluid homeostasis by regulating vasopressin release. Antimicrobial peptide VGF[554-577]: Has bactericidal activity against M. luteus, and antifungal activity against P. Pastoris.

Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-0561R-A555)

Fournisseur: Bioss
Description: Ca(2+)-dependent receptor for myeloid cells that binds to carbohydrates on neutrophils and monocytes. Mediates the interaction of activated endothelial cells or platelets with leukocytes. The ligand recognized is sialyl-Lewis X. Mediates rapid rolling of leukocyte rolling over vascular surfaces during the initial steps in inflammation through interaction with PSGL1.

Fournisseur: Bioss
Description: Latexin, a protein possessing inhibitory activity against rat carboxypeptidase A1 (CPA1) and CPA2, is expressed in a neuronal subset in the cerebral cortex and cells in other neural and non-neural tissues of rat. Although latexin also inhibits mast-cell CPA (MCCPA), the expression of latexin in rat mast cells has not previously been confirmed.

Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-0735R-CY5)

Fournisseur: Bioss
Description: Plays an important role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell differentiation and cell migration. Required for normal brain, eye, ear and limb development during embryogenesis. Required for normal development of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) neuronal system (By similarity). Cooperates with Wnt-1 in mouse mammary tumor virus-induced murine mammary tumorigenesis.

Description: The C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily consists of a variety of proteins that share a common protein fold and have diverse functions, including cell-cell signaling, cell adhesion, glycoprotein turnover and immune responses. CLEC-9A (C-type lectin domain family 9 member A), also known as DNGR1 (dendritic cell natural killer lectin group receptor 1), is a 241 amino acid single-pass type II membrane protein that contains one C-type lectin domain and belongs to the CTL/CTLD superfamily. Expressed in myeloid lineage cells, brain, spleen and thymus, CLEC-9A is a group V C-type lectin-like receptor (CTLR) that acts as an activation receptor. The gene encoding CLEC-9A maps to human chromosome 12p13.2 and mouse chromosome 6 F3.

Description: MUC1 is a large cell surface mucin glycoprotein expressed by most glandular and ductal epithelial cells and some hematopoietic cell lineages. It is expressed on most secretory epithelium, including mammary gland and some hematopoietic cells. It is expressed abundantly in lactating mammary glands and overexpressed abundantly in >90% breast carcinomas and metastases. Transgenic MUC1 has been shown to associate with all four cebB receptors and localise with erbB1 (EGFR) in lactating glands. The MUC1 gene contains seven exons and produces several different alternatively spliced variants. The major expressed form of MUC1 uses all seven exons and is a type 1 transmembrane protein with a large extracellular tandem repeat domain. The tandem repeat domain is highly O glycosylated and alterations in glycosylation have been shown in epithelial cancer cells.
