Systèmes de liaison et de marquage des protéines

Protein linking and labelling systems provide a convenient means for attaching fluorescent labels or biotins to antibodies and larger proteins. These kits are ideal for use with multiple applications, including flow cytometry, fluorescent microscopy, immunohistochemistry, primary detection, ELISAs, immunocytochemistry, and FISH. These systems are available with a variety of dye colours, biotin, fluorescent agents, and all the components needed to perform multiple conjugations and purifications. Protein labelling follows a simple protocol of reaction, separation, and then use.

Fournisseur: Biotium
Description: CF® Dyes with a BCN group react with azides via a copper-free bioorthogonal reaction to label target molecules for surface staining of live cells or cell extracts. Membrane-permeant CF® Dye BCN conjugates for intracellular labelling reactions are also available.
Fournisseur: G-Biosciences
Description: HOOK™ BiotinQuant is designed for the estimation of biotin conjugation. It measures biotin using HABA [4’-hydroxyazobenzene-2-carboxylic acid] dye. HABA binds with avidin at the biotin-binding site.
Numéro de catalogue: (APOSBIL3111-100ML)

Fournisseur: Apollo Scientific
Description: Liquid product colourless to slightly yellow or greenish, odourless, pH 7,3 to 7,5. Stabiliser for conjugates with monomeric HRP.
UOM: 1 * 100 mL

Fournisseur: Novus Biologicals
Description: Lightning-link rapid is an innovative technology that enables direct labeling of proteins, peptides or other biomolecules for use in R&D applications, drug discovery and the development of diagnostic kits.
UOM: 1 * 1 KIT
Numéro de catalogue: (ENZOENZ42853)

Fournisseur: ENZO LIFE SCIENCES
Description: Aqua 431 [DEAC] dUTP is a coumarin derivative that can replace TTP in reactions in which it serves as a substrate for E. coli DNA polymerase (holoenzyme and Klenow fragment), T4 and Taq DNA polymerases, reverse transcriptase (from AMV and M-MuLV) and terminal transferase. Fluorescently labelled probes can be prepared with this fluorescent nucleotide by a variety of methods including nick translation, random prime labelling, cDNA labelling and 3’-end labelling. Probes generated by these methods are suitable for use for the identification of specific sequences by in situ hybridization procedures on fixed cells and tissues by direct fluorescence detection. Aqua 431 dUTP can also be used for multicolor fluorescence labelling.

Fournisseur: Biotium
Description: Kits for increasing immunofluorescence sensitivity using HRP-catalysed tyramide signal amplification with the choice of next-generation fluorescent CF® dyes or biotin.
Fournisseur: Biotium
Description: Kits for increasing immunofluorescence sensitivity using HRP-catalysed tyramide signal amplification with the choice of next-generation fluorescent CF® dyes or biotin.
Fournisseur: Biotium
Description: A high quality biotin-binding protein conjugated to Biotium's signature bright and photostable fluorescent CF® dyes, and a selection of other labels.
Fournisseur: G-Biosciences
Description: Carbohydrate coupling resin is designed for the covalent immobilisation of carbohydrate containing molecules, including glycoproteins, to agarose beads. It is ideal for the coupling of polyclonal antibodies as it allows for the optimal orientation of the antibodies for affinity purification.
Fournisseur: Biotium
Description: CF® Dyes with an azide group. Can be used to label or detect alkyne, BCN or cyclooctyne-containing molecules by fluorescence spectroscopy, microscopy or flow cytometry following copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition.
Numéro de catalogue: (92299.)

Fournisseur: Biotium
Description: Mix-n-Stain™ antibody labelling kits utilise a technology that allows rapid antibody labelling without a purification step.
UOM: 1 * 1 KIT
Fournisseur: Biotium
Description: CF®DI aminooxy dyes react with aldehyde/ketone groups on proteins or other biomolecules to form a stable oxime bond. The CF®DI dyes (CF®488DI, CF®555DI and CF®647DI) are designed to match each other for molecular weight and charge. The molecular weights of the same protein conjugated to different CF®DI dye colors are close to each other and the pl of the labeled proteins remains the same.
Fournisseur: Biotium
Description: CF® dye picolyl azide reacts with alkyne to form 1,2,3-triazole by 1,3-dipolar Huisgen cycloaddition through the use of a much lower copper (I) concentration without sacrificing reaction efficiency. The selected CF® dyes are exceptionally bright and photostable, making them the perfect dye for fluorescence detection.
Fournisseur: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: A common target for protein modification is the carbohydrate portion of glycoproteins, which can be reacted with hydrazide derivatives of biotin. Oxidative treatment of glycoproteins using 10 mM periodate is used to generate reactive aldehydes from the cis-diols of a variety of carbohydrate moieties.
Fournisseur: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: DyLight™ Fluor phosphine reagents are phosphine-activated fluorescent dyes for specific labeling and detection of azide-tagged molecules, which enables use of fluorescence imaging in metabolic labeling strategies.
Fournisseur: G-Biosciences
Description: HOOK™ Biotin-PEG₂-Amine, and its long chain form, HOOK™ Biotin-PEG₃-Amine, are carboxyl reactive biotinylation reagents. These agents contain terminal amines and react with carboxyl groups found at the carboxyl termini, aspartate, and glutamate side chains. The reaction is mediated by a water-soluble carbodiimide (EDC). The carbodiimide activates the carboxyl group and reacts with the amines (-NH₂) on the biotinylation agent to form an amide bond. This reaction is rapid and takes just a few minutes to complete. Under these conditions, hydrazide-derivatives of biotin reagents may also react with the carboxyls.
