Description:   Interleukin-10 receptor subunit beta(IL10RB), also known as Cytokine receptor class-II member 4,Cytokine receptor family 2 member 4,Interleukin-10 receptor subunit 2, belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. IL10RB is a single- pass type I membrane protein and contains two fibronectin type-III domains. It is an accessory chain which is essential for the active interleukin 10 receptor complex. Coexpression of IL10RB and IL10RA proteins has been shown to be required for IL10-induced signal transduction. Defects in IL10RB are the cause of inflammatory bowel disease type 25 (IBD25) which is a chronic, relapsing inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract with a complex etiology.

Description:   ANKLE2 Antibody: Ankyrins are membrane adaptor molecules that play important roles in coupling integral membrane proteins to the spectrin-based cytoskeleton network. ANKLE2 (Ankyrin repeat and LEM domain containing 2) is a member of ankyrin repeat and LEM domain containing family. It is a potential single-pass membrane protein that contains three ankyrin repeats and a Lem domain. Ankyrin repeats mediate protein-protein interactions and are among the most common structural motifs in known proteins. The function of this protein is still under investigation.

Description:   Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 8 (CEACAM8) is a single chain, GPI-anchored, highly glycosylated protein which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) family. CEACAM8 is expressed by neutrophils and eosinophils, and serves as a binding partner for CEACAM-6 and Galectin-3. It contains two Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains and one Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. Mature human CEACAM8 is a 287 amino acid GPI-linked glycoprotein. CEACAM family members are a set of widely expressed proteins involved in several biological functions, including cell adhesion, migration, signal transduction, and the regulation of gene expression. Abnormal overexpression and downregulation of some CEACAMs have been described in tumor cells.

Description:   Olfactory receptors interact with odorant molecules in the nose, to initiate a neuronal response that triggers the perception of a smell. The olfactory receptor proteins are members of a large family of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCR) arising from single coding-exon genes. Olfactory receptors share a 7-transmembrane domain structure with many neurotransmitter and hormone receptors and are responsible for the recognition and G protein-mediated transduction of odorant signals. The olfactory receptor gene family is the largest in the genome. The nomenclature assigned to the olfactory receptor genes and proteins for this organism is independent of other organisms.

Description:   TLR8 Antibody: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are signaling molecules that recognize different microbial products during infection and serve as an important link between the innate and adaptive immune responses. These proteins act through adaptor molecules such as MyD88 and TIRAP to activate various kinases and transcription factors. Like TLR7, TLR8 is localized to endosomal or lysosomal compartments and stimulates the innate immune response after activation by guanosine- and uridine-rich single-stranded RNA. Human but not murine TLR8 confers responsiveness to the antiviral compound R-848.

Description:   This antibody recognises a protein of 185 kDa, which is identified as HER2/ErbB2. Its epitope is localized in the extracellular domain. ErbB2 is a member of the EGFR family. This antibody is specific and shows minimal cross-reaction with other members of the EGFR-family. Receptors of this family are located on the plasma membrane and consist of an extracellular ligand-binding domain that is connected to a large intracellular domain by a single transmembrane sequence. ErbB2 protein is over-expressed in a variety of carcinomas especially those of breast and ovary.

Description:   Cadherin-11 is a type II classical cadherin member of the cadherin superfamily of integral membrane proteins that mediate calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion. Cadherins interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells, and thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. Cadherin-11 contains five cadherin domains and is mainly expressed in the brain. Mature cadherin proteins consists of a large N-terminal extracellular domain, a single membrane-spanning domain, and a small highly conserved C-terminal cytoplasmic domain. It is shown that Cadherin-11 is a viable molecular target for therapeutic intervention in Glioblastoma multiforme.

Description:   Tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 27, also known as XEDAR and EDA2R, is a type III transmembrane protein of the TNFR (tumour necrosis factor receptor) superfamily, and contains 3 cysteine-rich repeats and a single transmembrane domain but lacks an N-terminal signal peptide. EDA2R, as well as its paralog, EDAR, binds the ectodysplasin ligands EDA-A2 and EDA-A1, which are two alternatively spliced forms of the EDA gene. Mutations in the EDA gene are associated with the X-linked form of Hypo hidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia (HED), a disease typically characterized by abnormal hair, teeth and sweat glands.
