Le champ de vision en 3 sections permet de voir simultanément l'échantillon et 2 verres consécutifs sur l'échelle colorimétrique, ce qui facilite l'identification de la couleur la plus concordante. Afin de détecter rapidement une couleur dans un cadre de limites colorimétriques prédéterminées, les verres peuvent être réglés sur les 2 couleurs marquant la limite; il est alors facile de voir si l'échantillon se situe dans la zone de tolérance.

Hepatocyte growth factor regulates cell growth, cell motility, and morphogenesis by activating a tyrosine kinase signaling cascade after binding to the proto-oncogenic c-Met receptor. Hepatocyte growth factor is secreted by mesenchymal cells and acts as a multi-functional cytokine on cells of mainly epithelial origin. Its ability to stimulate mitogenesis, cell motility, and matrix invasion gives it a central role in angiogenesis, tumorogenesis, and tissue regeneration. It is secreted as a single inactive polypeptide and is cleaved by serine proteases into a 69-kDa alpha-chain and 34-kDa beta-chain. A disulfide bond between the alpha and beta chains produces the active, heterodimeric molecule. RUVBL1 possesses single-stranded DNA-stimulated ATPase and ATP-dependent DNA helicase (3' to 5') activity. It is the component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex which is involved in transcriptional activation of select genes principally by acetylation of nucleosomal histone H4 and H2A. The NuA4 complex ATPase and helicase activities seem to be, at least in part, contributed by the association of RUVBL1 and RUVBL2 with EP400. NuA4 may also play a direct role in DNA repair when recruited to sites of DNA damage. RUVBL1 plays an essential role in oncogenic transformation by MYC and also modulates transcriptional activation by the LEF1/TCF1-CTNNB1 complex.

Description:
Prolactin is a peptide hormone of pituitary origin and is well known for the stimulation, initiation, and maintenance of lactation. Prolactin is also known to regulate mammary gland development and immune system, and has an essential role in metabolism and behavioral modification (Bernichtein <i>et al.</i>). Prolactin actions are mediated by the prolactin receptor (PRLR), which is a single-chain transmembrane protein composed of an extracellular, transmembrane, and intracellular domain. It has also been indicated that high to normal circulating levels of prolactin increase breast cancer risk, and dopamine agonists have been suggested to be effective for treatment (Bernichtein <i>et al.</i>). Prolactin levels have been reported to be higher in multiple sclerosis patients, which promotes B cell autoreactivity (Correale <i>et al.</i>). It has been shown that administration of recombinant prolactin after bone marrow transplantation in mice promotes immune and myeloid reconstitution (Sun <i>et al.</i>).

Wnts are lipid-modified morphogens that control many processes during development, stem cell maintenance and homeostasis and their aberrant regulation has been linked to diseases in man including diabetes, neurodegeneration and cancer. Three distinct receptor families mediate Wnt signalling: Fzs, the single-pass LRP5/6 co-receptors and the atypical tyrosine kinase receptors Ror2 and Ryk. Frizzled proteins can activate canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signalling as well as non-canonical pathways (Wnt/Ca2+ pathways and planar cell polarity). The cysteine-rich domain (CRD) of the frizzled receptors situated on the extracellular part of the receptor is sufficient to bind the Wnt ligands.

RPA Interacting Protein Antibody: Replication protein A (RPA) is a single-stranded-DNA binding protein involved in numerous eukaryotic DNA processes including replication, repair and recombination. RPA interacting protein (RPA IP) has been identified as an adapter protein that is involved in RPA nuclear import instead of the prototypical importin proteins that normally mediate nuclear import. Multiple isoforms of RPA IP are known to exist, with the longest isoform localized to the cytoplasm. Isoform 2 is sumoylated and is located in the PML nuclear body within the nucleus. It has been suggested that this isoform mediates the localization of the RPA complex into the PML nuclear body, thereby participating in RPA function in DNA metabolism.

KCTD15 Antibody: Childhood and adult obesity in the United States and to a lesser extent the rest of the world has increased dramatically over the past decade. Both environmental and genetic factors are involved in the onset and progression of weight gain. Recently, the potassium channel KCTD15 was identified as a genetic loci associated with higher than normal body mass index (BMI) in humans along with genes such as GNPDA2, MTCH2, FTO, and TMEM18. Further studies on single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in non-diabetic and diabetic patients showed that FTO was most strongly associated with obesity while MTCH2 and GNPDA2 were still significantly associated with higher than normal BMI levels. At least two isoforms of KCTD15 are known to exist.
