Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-7509R-A647)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Promotes angiogenesis and the proliferation of endothelial cells. Able to bind to endothelial cells and promote cell proliferation, suggesting that it may act in an autocrine fashion.

Description:   Neurofilaments usually contain three intermediate filament proteins: L, M, and H which are involved in the maintenance of neuronal caliber. NF-H has an important function in mature axons that is not subserved by the two smaller NF proteins.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-3635R-CY5.5)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   The H3 subclass of histamine receptors could mediate the histamine signals in CNS and peripheral nervous system. Signals through the inhibition of adenylate cyclase and displays high constitutive activity (spontaneous activity in the absence of agonist). Agonist stimulation of isoform 3 neither modified adenylate cyclase activity nor induced intracellular calcium mobilization.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-2641R-A350)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Integrin alpha-6/beta-1 is a receptor for laminin on platelets. Integrin alpha-6/beta-4 is a receptor for laminin in epithelial cells and it plays a critical structural role in the hemidesmosome.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl

Description:   Plays a role in the incorporation of pigments into hair. May function in membrane fusion and regulate the biogenesis of disk membranes of photoreceptor rod cells (By similarity).
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-9121R-CY5.5)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Component of the COP9 signalosome complex (CSN), a complex involved in various cellular and developmental processes. The CSN complex is an essential regulator of the ubiquitin (Ubl) conjugation pathway by mediating the deneddylation of the cullin subunits of SCF-type E3 ligase complexes, leading to decrease the Ubl ligase activity of SCF-type complexes such as SCF, CSA or DDB2. The complex is also involved in phosphorylation of p53/TP53, c-jun/JUN, IkappaBalpha/NFKBIA, ITPK1 and IRF8, possibly via its association with CK2 and PKD kinases. CSN-dependent phosphorylation of TP53 and JUN promotes and protects degradation by the Ubl system, respectively. Has some glucocorticoid receptor-responsive activity.

Description:   DUX3 belongs to the paired homeobox family and contains 2 homeobox DNA-binding domains. It expressed in hepatoma Hep3B cells. DUX genes are present in 3.3-kilobase elements, a tandem repeat family scattered in the genome found on the short arms of all acrocentric chromosomes as well as on several other chromosomes. May be functional despite lack of introns and of a poly(A) addition signal. Two different isoforms are known.

Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-9122R-CY7)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   F box protein 38 probably recognizes and binds to some phosphorylated proteins and promotes their ubiquitination and degradation. It may coactivate KLF7, but does not seem to promote KLF7 ubiquitination. There are three named isoforms.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl

Description:   Neuropeptides are regulators of synaptic transmission and their effects are mediated by G-protein coupled receptors. NPS (Neuropeptide S) is a 20 amino acid peptide cleaved from a larger precursor that contains a hydrophobic signal peptide and proteolytic cleavage processing sites. The N-terminal residue of NPS is always a serine regardless of the species. NPS is predominantly found in the central nervous system and plays an important role regulating sleep/wake functions, locomotion, arousal/anxiety responses and food intake. NPS functions by binding and activating its receptor, NPSR, and increasing intracellular calcium levels thereby acting as an excitatory transmitter. In addition, NPS stimulates the hypothalamo-pituitary adrenal (HPA) axis via the release of corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) and arginine vasopressin (AVP). NPS and its receptor NPSR may also play a role in asthma pathogenesis.

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   DNA-binding protein that specifically binds heat shock promoter elements (HSE) and activates transcription. In higher eukaryotes, HSF is unable to bind to the HSE unless the cells are heat shocked.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-15450R-A555)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   May act as a helicase that plays a role in RNA metabolism in multiple tissues and organs within the developing embryo.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl

Description:   DDAH, a dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase, hydrolyzes dimethyl arginine (ADMA) and monomethyl arginine (MMA), both inhibitors of nitric oxide synthases, and may be involved in in-vivo modulation of nitric oxide production (1,2). Impairment of DDAH causes ADMA accumulation and a reduction in cGMP generation (3). DDAH II, the predominant DDAH isoform in endothelial cells, facilitates the induction of nitric oxide synthesis by all-trans-Retinoic acid (atRA) (4). DDAH proteins are highly expressed in colon, kidney, stomach and liver tissues (1).

Description:   This gene encodes a multifunctional protein that resides in multiple locations in the nucleus and in the cytoplasm. It interacts with a wide variety of proteins, such as apoptosis antigen Fas, centromere protein C, and transcription factor erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 1. In the nucleus, the encoded protein functions as a potent transcription repressor that binds to sumoylated transcription factors. Its repression can be relieved by the sequestration of this protein into promyelocytic leukaemia nuclear bodies or nucleoli. This protein also associates with centromeres in G2 phase. In the cytoplasm, the encoded protein may function to regulate apoptosis. The subcellular localization and function of this protein are modulated by post-translational modifications, including sumoylation, phosphorylation and polyubiquitination. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
