CD27 antigen is also known as CD27L receptor, T-cell activation antigen CD27, Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 7, T14 and TNFRSF7. In humans, it is encoded by the CD27 gene. CD27 is a single-pass type I membrane protein with 3 TNFR-Cys repeats. It is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily and is required for generation and long-term maintenance of T cell immunity. It binds to ligand CD70, and plays a key role in regulating B-cell activation and immunoglobulin synthesis. It plays a role in survival of activated T-cells and apoptosis through association with SIVA1.

Replication protein A (RPA) is a single-stranded DNA binding protein. Human RPA is a heterotrimeric protein containing subunits of 70, 32 and 14 kDa. This protein complex is highly conserved in eukaryotes and is essential in DNA replication, homologous recombination and nucleotide excision repair. RPA has been shown to be a target for DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) ataxia telangiectasia-mutated gene (ATM) and a cyclin dependent protein kinase.

CD320 also founctions a receptor for the cellular uptake of transcobalamin bound cobalamin. Defects in CD320 are the cause of methylmalonic aciduria type TCblR (MMATC) which is a metabolic disorder.

CD160 antigen is a Lipid-anchor that exists as a disulfide-linked homomultimer. CD160 contains one Ig-like V-type domain. The human CD160 precursor is a cysteine-rich, glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein of 181 amino acids with a single Ig-like domain. It is weakly homologous to KIR2DL4. CD160 is expressed in the spleen, peripheral blood, and small intestine. Its expression is tightly associated with peripheral blood NK cells and CD8 T lymphocytes with cytolytic effector activity. CD160 is a receptor showing broad specificity for both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules.

Macrophage colony-stimulating factor 1（M-csf）is a single-pass type I membrane protein . It is a hematopoietic growth factor that is involved in the proliferation, differentiation, and survival of monocytes, macrophages, and bone marrow progenitor cells. M-CSF affects macrophages and monocytes in several ways, including stimulating increased phagocytic and chemotactic activity, and increased tumour cell cytotoxicity. The role of M-CSF is not only restricted to the monocyte/macrophage cell lineage. By interacting with its membrane receptor, M-CSF also modulates the proliferation of earlier hematopoietic progenitors and influence numerous physiological processes involved in immunology, metabolism, fertility and pregnancy.
