ACCN3 encodes a member of the degenerin/epithelial sodium channel (DEG/ENaC) superfamily. The members of this family are amiloride-sensitive sodium channels that contain intracellular N and C termini, two hydrophobic transmembrane regions, and a large extracellular loop, which has many cysteine residues with conserved spacing. ACCN3 encodes a member that is an acid sensor and may play an important role in the detection of lasting pH changes. In addition, a heteromeric association between this member and ACCN1 has been observed as proton-gated channels sensitive to gadolinium.

GDF1 Antibody: Growth differentiation factors (GDFs) are members of the transforming growth factor (TGF) superfamily that is involved in embryonic development and adult tissue homeostasis. GDF1 was initially identified as a temporally expressed gene in the mouse central nervous system during embryonic development, with only one isoform detected in adult tissues. GDF1 is required for left-right patterning during development and directly interacts with Nodal, another member of the TGF-beta superfamily. It has been suggested that GDF1 regulates the activity and signaling range of Nodal through direct interaction.

Uteroglobin-Related Protein 1 (UGRP1) belongs to the secretoglobin family which has been suggested to play a role in lung inflammation and allergic diseases. UGRP1 is a 17 kDa secreted homodimeric protein that shows amino acid sequence similarity with uteroglobin. UGRP1 is expressed predominantly in the lung and low levels of expression are detected in the thyroid. Expression of UGRP1 in lung epithelial cells is enhanced by IL-10 and decreased through the activities of IL-9 and IL-5. UGRP1 interacts with the macrophage scavenger receptor with collagenous structure which is expressed by alveolar macrophages in the lung. It have suggested that UGRP1 may be involved in inflammation and pathogen clearance in the lung by binding to its receptor.

Mouse Protein Tnfrsf14, is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the TNF receptor superfamily. It is tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 14 and expressed on the surface of T cells during the resting state. Interaction of HVEM with TNF family member LIGHT co-stimulates T cells and promotes inflammation. HVEM also triggers inhibitory signalling cascade in effector T (Teff) cells and regulatory T cells (Tregs) as a ligand of B and T lymphocyte attenuator. Tnfrsf14 is detected in peripheral blood T cells, B cells, monocytes and in various tissues enriched in lymphoid cells. It has demonstrated that HVEM Ig is able to exert a significant antiviral effect against HSV-1 infection in vivo.
