Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   High affinity receptor for activated thrombin coupled to G proteins that stimulate phosphoinositide hydrolysis. May play a role in platelets activation and in vascular development.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl

Fournisseur:  Biotium
Description:   5-Aminoallyl-dUTP (AA-dUTP) can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA. The resulting amine-containing DNA can be subsequently labeled with a fluorescent dye, biotin or other haptens via conventional peptide coupling method.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-6271R-CY5.5)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Probable receptor with tyrosine-protein kinase activity; important for development.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   FOXB1 and FOXB2 are winged helix/forkhead transcription factors. FOXB1 is specifically expressed in the developing central nervous system (CNS). Early embryonic FOXB1 expression is restricted to the mammiliary body region of the caudal hypothalamus, midbrain, hindbrain and spinal cord. FOXB1 may play a role in postnatal growth, lactation and CNS development.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-9606R-A350)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   RNA-binding protein that acts as a regulator of mRNA splicing of a subset of genes involved in cardiac development. Regulates splicing of TTN (Titin).
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Fournisseur:  MACRON AVANTOR BRAND
Description:   Sodium carbonate, anhydre 99.95-100.05%, granuleux, AR® ACS étalon primaire, Macron Fine Chemicals™
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-1774R-CY5)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Inhibins and activins inhibit and activate, respectively, the secretion of follitropin by the pituitary gland. Inhibins/activins are involved in regulating a number of diverse functions such as hypothalamic and pituitary hormone secretion, gonadal hormone secretion, germ cell development and maturation, erythroid differentiation, insulin secretion, nerve cell survival, embryonic axial development or bone growth, depending on their subunit composition. Inhibins appear to oppose the functions of activins.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-13682R-A680)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Involved in craniofacial development. Acts upstream of the EDN1 pathway and is required for formation of the upper jaw equivalent, the palatoquadrate. The activity required for EDN1 pathway function differs between the first and second arches (By similarity). Associates with DIAPH1 and controls GLI1 transcriptional activity. Could be involved in normal and disease skin development. May function as a substrate receptor for CUL4-DDB1 E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-1778R-A750)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Transcriptional activator that binds to the consensus sequence 5'-AGATAG-3' and plays a key role in cardiac development. Involved in bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-mediated induction of cardiac-specific gene expression. Binds to BMP response element (BMPRE) DNA sequences within cardiac activating regions. Acts as a transcriptional activator of ANF in cooperation with NKX2-5. Promotes cardiac myocyte enlargement. Required during testicular development.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-1102R-CY7)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Transcription factor required for normal development of thymus, parathyroid glands, ultimobranchial bodies, teeth, skeletal elements of skull and larynx as well as distal limbs.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-12329R-A647)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Plays a central role in late thymocyte development by controlling both positive and negative T-cell selection. Required to sustain and/or integrate signals required for proper lineage commitment and maturation of T-cells. Regulates T-cell development through T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) signaling and in particular through the regulation of calcium influx and phosphorylation of Erk (By similarity).
UOM:  1 * 100 µl

Numéro de catalogue: (ECHLRVSB1000)

Fournisseur:  DISCOVER ECHO
Description:   This 'all in one' hybrid microscope can be used for upright and inverted observation methods.
UOM:  1 * 1 SET
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-2162R-CY5.5)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Antagonizes canonical Wnt signaling by inhibiting LRP5/6 interaction with Wnt and by forming a ternary complex with the transmembrane protein KREMEN that promotes internalization of LRP5/6. DKKs play an important role in vertebrate development, where they locally inhibit Wnt regulated processes such as antero-posterior axial patterning, limb development, somitogenesis and eye formation. In the adult, Dkks are implicated in bone formation and bone disease, cancer and Alzheimer disease.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-1327R-CY3)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   Tenascin, also known as hexabrachion and cytotactin, is an extracellular matrix protein with a spatially and temporally restricted tissue distribution. It is a hexameric, multidomain protein with disulfide linked subunits of 190 to 240 kD, originally characterized as 'myotendinous antigen.' In the embryo it is present in dense mesenchyme surrounding developing epithelia and in developing cartilage and bone. In the adult, tenascin remains present in tendons and myotendinous junctions in the perichondrium and periosteum, as well as in smooth muscle.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-3852R-CY5.5)

Fournisseur:  Bioss
Description:   TROY is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. This receptor is highly expressed during embryonic development. It has been shown to interact with TRAF family members, and to activate the JNK signaling pathway when overexpressed in cells. This receptor is capable of inducing apoptosis by a caspase-independent mechanism, and it is thought to play an essential role in embryonic development. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described.
UOM:  1 * 100 µl
