Nanos1 Antibody: Nanos1 is one of three known mammalian homologs to the Drosophila gene nanos. Nanos1 is an RNA-binding protein containing a zinc-finger motif and is expressed in the developing nervous system and continues in the adult brain. Interestingly, unlike mice deficient in either nanos2 or nanos3, mice lacking the nanos1 gene develop normally with no sign of abnormalities. Recently it has been found that expression of nanos1 mRNA is down-regulated by E-cadherin in a human breast cancer cell line and the amino-terminal domain on Nanos1 interacts with the E-cadherin-binding protein p120ctn. Furthermore, overexpression of Nanos1 in human colorectal DLD1 cancer cells functionally abolished cell-cell adhesion, allowing the cancer cells to develop strong migratory and invasive properties. These results suggest that targeting Nanos1 might prove an effective strategy in the treatment of E-cadherin-negative tumors.

AMHR2 is the receptor for the anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) which, in addition to testosterone, results in male sex differentiation. AMH and testosterone are produced in the testes by different cells and have different effects. Interleukin-15 (IL-15) has a broad spectrum of biological activities. It is crucial for the development, proliferation, survival and differentiation of multiple cells from both innate and adaptive immune systems. IL-15 up-regulation has a central role in the development of several autoimmune or chronic inflammatory disorders. Targeting IL-15 or its receptor may have a valuable impact on the treatment of immune-mediated diseases. IL-15 participates in the development of important immune antitumour mechanisms. It activates CD8(+) T cells, natural killer (NK) cells, NK T cells, and can promote the formation of antitumour antibodies. IL-15 can also protect T effector cells from the action of T regulatory cells and reverse tolerance to tumour-associated antigens. In pre-clinical studies IL-15 has been found to demonstrate potentiated antitumour effects following pre-association with IL-15Ralpha, or when used in combination with chemotherapy, adoptive therapy, monoclonal antibodies, and tumour vaccines.

Pro-neuregulin-1,Neuregulin-1 beta 1（NRG1） is a single-pass type I membrane protein and belongs to the neuregulin family .It contains 1 EGF-like domain and 1 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. Direct ligand for ERBB3 and ERBB4 tyrosine kinase receptors. The protein concomitantly recruits ERBB1 and ERBB2 coreceptors, resulting in ligand-stimulated tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of the ERBB receptors. The multiple isoforms perform diverse functions such as inducing growth and differentiation of epithelial, glial, neuronal, and skeletal muscle cells; inducing expression of acetylcholine receptor in synaptic vesicles during the formation of the neuromuscular junction; stimulating lobuloalveolar budding and milk production in the mammary gland and inducing differentiation of mammary tumor cells; stimulating Schwann cell proliferation; implication in the development of the myocardium such as trabeculation of the developing heart. Isoform 10 may play a role in motor and sensory neuron development.
