B-Cell Differentiation Antigen CD72 (CD72) is a single-pass type II membrane protein. CD72 exists as a disulfide-linked homodimer and contains one C-type lectin domain. CD72 is expressed on B lineage cells, NK cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and mast cells. CD72 is a ligand for CD5. CD72 associates with CD5, interacts with PTPN6/SHP-1 and plays a role in B-cell proliferation and differentiation. CD72 associates with CD79A in the B cell antigen receptor (BCR) complex following antigen stimulation and dampens BCR signaling through interactions with the phosphatase SHP-1.

Description:
Glioma Pathogenesis-Related Protein 1 (GLIPR1) is a member of the CRISP family. It is a single-pass membrane protein with 266 amino acids. GLIPR1 is highly expressed in the lung and kidney and lowly expressed in the heart and liver. It is also highly expressed in cell lines that are derived from nervous system tumors arising from glia; conversely, it is lowly expressed in non-glial-derived nervous system tumor cell lines. GLIPR1 is only expressed in brain tumor glioblastoma multiforme/astrocytoma and not expressed in other nervous system tumors nor normal adult or fetal tissues.

The proto-oncogene MET product is the hepatocyte growth factor receptor and encodes tyrosine-kinase activity. The primary single chain precursor protein is post-translationally cleaved to produce the alpha and beta subunits, which are disulfide linked to form the mature receptor. The OKT4 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the CD4 receptor for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). CD4 is a 59 kDa single-chain transmembrane glycoprotein that expressed on the surface of most of the thymocytes, T-helper cells, and in low levels on monocytes and macrophages. CD4 is a co-receptor in the antigen-induced T cell activation (together with the MHC class II). The OKT4 and the RPA-T4 monoclonal antibodies recognize different epitopes of CD4 and they do not exhibit cross-block binding.

PSG2 is a secreted protein that in humans is encoded by the PSG2 gene. It is a member of the human pregnancy-specific glycoproteins (PSGs) family. These proteins are synthesised in large amounts by placental trophoblasts and released into the maternal circulation during pregnancy. PSG2 consist of a single N domain, with structural similarity to the immunoglobulin variable domains, followed by a variable number of immunoglobulin constant-like A and/or B domains. It has an arg-gly-asp (RGD) motif, which has been shown to function as an adhesion recognition signal for several integrins, in the N-terminal domain.

Description:
The p70/p80 autoantigen is a nuclear complex consisting of two subunits with molecular masses of approximately 70 and 80 kDa. The complex functions as a single-stranded DNA-dependent ATP-dependent helicase. The complex may be involved in the repair of nonhomologous DNA ends such as that required for double-strand break repair, transposition, and V (D)J recombination. High levels of autoantibodies to p70 and p80 have been found in some patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
