Poliovirus receptor-related protein 1 (PVRL1) is also known as Herpes virus entry mediator C (HveC), Herpesvirus Ig-like receptor (HIgR), Nectin-1, CD antigen CD111, PVRL1 / Nectin-1 / CD111 belongs to the nectin family. PVRL1 / Nectin-1 is a membrane protein with three extracellular immunoglobulin domains, a single transmembrane helix and a cytoplasmic tail. The protein can mediate Ca2+-independent cellular adhesion further characterizing it as IgSF cell adhesion molecule (IgSF CAM). PVRL1 is adhesion molecule found in a wide range of tissues. PVRL1 / Nectin-1 promotes cell-cell contacts by forming homophilic or heterophilic trans-dimers. Heterophilic interactions have been detected between PVRL1/nectin-1 and PVRL3/nectin-3 and between PVRL1/nectin-1 and PVRL4/nectin-4.

Leptin receptor (LEPR) is also known as LEP-R, cluster of differentiation 295 (CD295), OB-R and B219, is a single-transmembrane-domain receptor of the gp130 family of cytokine receptors. Leptin receptor exists as homodimer and binds Leptin with high affinity, thus mediates the biological function of the adipocyte-specific hormone Leptin. LEPR is a receptor for leptin (an adipocyte-specific hormone that regulates body weight), and is involved in the regulation of fat metabolism, as well as in a novel hematopoietic pathway that is required for normal lymphopoiesis. Mutations in this protein have been associated with obesity and pituitary dysfunction. Interaction of leptin and leptin receptor is crucial for body weight and bone mass regulation in mammals through hypothalamic effects on satiety and energy expenditure. Meanwhile, research data supports a leptin receptor activation model based on ligand-induced conformational changes.

B-cell antigen receptor complex-associated protein beta chain (CD79b) is also known as B-cell-specific glycoprotein B29, Ig-beta,Immunoglobulin-associated B29 protein, B29 and IGB, which is a single-pass type I membrane protein containing one Ig-like V-type ( immunoglobulin-like ) domain and one ITAM domain.CD79b is required in cooperation with CD79A for initiation of the signal transduction cascade activated by the B-cell antigen receptor complex (BCR).CD79b can enhance phosphorylation of CD79A, possibly by recruiting kinases which phosphorylate CD79A or by recruiting proteins which bind to CD79A and protect it from dephosphorylation. Defects in CD79b are the cause of agammaglobulinemia type 6 (AGM6) that is a primary immunodeficiency characterized by profoundly low or absent serum antibodies and low or absent circulating B cells due to an early block of B-cell development.

Three isoforms of neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) are produced by differential splicing of the RNA transcript from a single gene. The 135 kDa isoform is the basic molecule, which is glycosylated or sialylated to produce the mature species. Anti-CD56 recognises two proteins of the neural cell adhesion molecule, the basic molecule expressed on most neuroectodermally derived tissues and neoplasms (e.g. retinoblastoma, medulloblastomas, astrocytomas, neuroblastomas, and small cell carcinomas). It is also expressed on some mesodermally derived tumors (rhabdomyosarcoma). Anti-CD56 plays an important role in the diagnosis of nodal and nasal NK/T-cell lymphomas.

Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) are ligand-gated ion channels nAChRs are pentameric structures that are made up of combinations of individual subunits. CHRNB3 is one of the subunits of nAChR. Twelve neuronal nAChR subunits have been described, alpha2-alpha10 and beta2-beta4. CHRNB3 decreased the channel mean open time and burst length. There was also an increase in single channel slope conductance. On the other hand, the calcium permeability and the pharmacological properties of beta3-containing receptors differed little from those of without beta3. Recognises a single protein of 33-34 kDa, identified as the prostate specific antigen (PSA). This mAb is highly specific to PSA and stains prostatic secretory and ductal epithelium in both normal and neoplastic tissues. PSA is a chymotrypsin-like serine protease (kallikrein family) exclusively produced by the prostate epithelium, and abundant in seminal fluid. PSA can be detected in the sera of patients with prostatic carcinoma. It is predominantly complexed to a liver-derived serine protease inhibitor, alpha-1-antichymotrypsin (ACT). A higher proportion of serum PSA is complexed to ACT in prostate cancer than in benign prostate hyperplasia.

PTH/Parathyroid hormone is a hormone produced by the parathyroid gland that regulates the concentration of calcium and phosphorus in extracellular fluid. This hormone elevates blood Ca2+ levels by dissolving the salts in bone and preventing their renal excretion. It is produced in the parathyroid gland as an 84 amino acid single chain polypeptide. It can also be secreted as N-terminal truncated fragments or C-terminal fragments after intracellular degradation, as in case of hypercalcemia. Defects in this gene are a cause of familial isolated hypoparathyroidism (FIH); also called autosomal dominant hypoparathyroidism or autosomal dominant hypocalcemia. FIH is characterised by hypocalcemia and hyperphosphatemia due to inadequate secretion of parathyroid hormone. Symptoms are seizures, tetany and cramps. FIH exist both as autosomal dominant and recessive forms of hypoparathyroidism.

TREX2 Antibody: TREX2 is one of two major human 3' to 5' exonucleases which are required for checkpoint signaling after DNA damage. While the related protein TREX1 is required for ATR expression and mutations in this gene result in Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome, chilblain lupus, and Cree encephalitis, less is known about TREX2. Like TREX1, TREX2 is ubiquitously expressed in all tissues examined. X-ray crystallography studies of TREX2-single strand DNA complexes revealed that TREX2 binds DNA as a dimer and may act to displace the second DNA strand, suggesting that TREX2 unzips and denatures double stranded DNA and feed the substrate DNA strand into the TREX2 active site. At least two isoforms of TREX2 are known to exist.

Interleukin 2 (IL2) is a secreted cytokine that is important for the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes. The receptor of this cytokine is a heterotrimeric protein complex whose gamma chain is also shared by interleukin 4 (IL4) and interleukin 7 (IL7). The expression of this gene in mature thymocytes is monoallelic, which represents an unusual regulatory mode for controlling the precise expression of a single gene. The targeted disruption of a similar gene in mice leads to ulcerative colitis like disease, which suggests an essential role of this gene in the immune response to antigenic stimuli. IL2 has been shown to have antitumor effects in some studies. This is probably mediated by cytotoxic effector cells.
