Stimulating T cells with SARS-CoV-2 (Spike Protein) Omicron/B.1.1.529 Peptide Pool releases downstream cytokines and upregulates activation markers, enabling antigen-specific T cells to be detected or isolated for analysis. This pool is provided as two lyophilised mixtures (subpools) from the spike glycoprotein of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant (B.1.1.529), which contain 158 and 157 peptides, respectively, for a total of 315 peptides. They consist of 15-mer peptides with 11-amino-acid overlaps that cover amino acids 1 to 1270 on the spike protein. Through interactions with the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor, the spike protein enables the virus to attach to the cell membrane, and plays a critical role in viral entry (Hoffmann <i>et al.</i>; Walls <i>et al.</i>). Viral peptide pools are useful for a broad range of applications, including vaccine development, immunological research, and diagnostic assay development.

HPV16 (L1) Peptide pool is a lyophilised mixture of 124 peptides from major capsid protein L1 of human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16) consisting of 15-mer peptides with 11-amino-acid overlaps that cover amino acids 1 to 505 on L1. L1 enters the nuclei of host cells via a Kap α2β1-mediated pathway (Nelson <i>et al.</i>). It cooperates with E2, another viral protein, to enhance viral DNA replication (Siddiqa <i>et al.</i>). L1 pentamers can assemble into virus-like particles (Chen <i>et al.</i> 2000; Chen <i>et al.</i> 2001). Viral peptide pools are useful for a broad range of applications, including vaccine development, immunological research, and diagnostic assay development.

This antibody recognises proteins in MW range of 265-400 kDa, identified as different glycoforms of MUC1 (Mucin-1) or EMA (epithelial membrane antigen). The alpha subunit has cell adhesive properties. It can act both as an adhesion and an anti-adhesion protein. MUC1/Mucin-1 may provide a protective layer on epithelial cells against bacterial and enzyme attack. The beta subunit contains a C-terminal domain, which is involved in cell signaling through phosphorylations and protein-protein interactions. In immunohistochemical assays, the MUC1/EMA antibody superbly stains routine formalin/paraffin carcinoma tissues. The antibody HEB-29 reacts with human blood group B. The specificity of the antibody HEB-29 was confirmed by comparison of specificity and reactivity to standard reagent using >5,000 samples of blood. mAb HEB-29 shows specific staining of erythrocytes and vascular epithelium of blood group B controls and no staining in group A controls. It is applicable for tissue staining in tumor patients with blood groups B and AB. Blood group antigens are generally defined as molecules formed by sequential addition of saccharides to the carbohydrate side chains of lipids and proteins detected on erythrocytes and certain epithelial cells. The A, B and H antigens are reported to undergo modulation during malignant cellular transformation. Blood group related antigens represent a group of carbohydrate determinants carried on both glycolipids and glycoproteins.
