Efficacious drug discovery and disease modelling for the development of improved personalized medicine require more biologically relevant in vitro cell models with improved functionality. These priceless cell culture models require a support matrix to provide better 3D in vivo relevancy compared to outdated 2D culture assays.

GrowDex® hydrogels are a range of ready-to-use, animal-free matrices which are a proven solution for high throughput and high content screening applications. These nanofibrillar cellulose based hydrogels facilitate the collection of reproducible and controlled 3D cell culture assay results. GrowDex® hydrogels offer a well-defined alternative to Matrigel®

GrowDex® hydrogels can be easily used for the 3D cell culture of spheroids and organoids, for personalised medicine, regenerative medicine, drug release studies, 3D printing and much more. GrowDex® is a proven solution for high throughput and high content screening applications.

During this webinar, you will hear about:

  • Scaling up 3D cell culture assays for HTS/HCS.
  • Benefits of using a well-defined animal-free matrix for 3D cell culture.
  • Success stories from 3D cell culture around the world!
