Transcriptional Repressor CTCF (CTCF) belongs to the CTCF Zinc-Finger Protein family. CTCF contains twelve C2H2-type zinc fingers and interacts with CHD8. CTCF is widely expressed in many tissues, and it is absent in primary spermatocytes. CTCF is involved in transcriptional regulation by binding to chromatin insulators and preventing interaction between promoter and nearby enhancers and silencers. C-Type Lectin Domain Family 4 Member E (CLEC4E) is a 219 amino acid single-pass type II membrane protein that contains one C-type Lectin domain. It is expressed in monocytes, CLEC4E functions as a downstream target of C/EBP beta and is thought to play a role in the inflammatory response, possibly via transcriptional control of C/EBP beta . CLEC4E may play a role in the response to inflammatory stimuli in peritoneal macrophages and may be involved in immune surveillance processes under transcriptional control of CEBPB. Human CLEC4E shares 67% sequence identity with its mouse counterpart, suggesting a similar function between species. CLEC-4E exists as multiple alternatively spliced isoforms that are encoded by a gene which maps to a natural killer gene complex region on human chromosome 12.

Maelstrom Antibody: The mammalian homolog of the Drosophila protein Maelstrom is expressed in the male germline and localizes to the sex body in spermatocytes and the chromatoid body in round spermatids. Similar to its expression in Drosophila, Maelstrom is a component of nuages, a germ-cell specific organelle and is thought to be essential for spermatogenesis and transposon repression during meiosis. ZC3H12A Antibody: ZC3H12A, also known as MCPIP, is an essential member of a family of novel CCCH-zinc finger proteins that regulate macrophage activation and may be involved in host immunity and inflammatory diseases. ZC3H12A has RNase activity that prevents some immune disorders by directly affecting the mRNA stability of interleukins such as IL-6 and IL12p40. Mice lacking the ZC3H12A gene suffered from severe anemia, and most dies within 12 weeks. Overexpression of ZC3H12A causes ER stress and induces a number of genes involved in apoptosis and autophagy, including JNK, PUMA, and beclin-1 in cardiac myoblasts, leading to cell death. ZC3H12A can also induce adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 pre-adipocytes in the absence of PPAPgamma, demonstrating the complex roles ZC3H12A plays.

Grik1 Antibody: Glutamate receptors are the predominant excitatory neurotransmitter receptors in the mammalian brain and are activated in a variety of normal neurophysiologic processes. CCR8 Antibody: CCR8 is one of the chemokine receptors that are required as coreceptors for HIV infection. The genes encoding human and murine CCR8 were cloned and designated TER1, CKR-L1, and ChemR1. The encoded seven transmembrane protein was identified as the receptor for human CC chemokine I-309 and renamed CCR8. Recently, CCR8 was found to serve as a coreceptor for diverse T-cell tropic, dual-tropic and macrophage-tropic HIV-1 strains.
