Human Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1(VEGFR-1, FLT-1) is a member of the the class III subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) and Tyr protein kinase family and CSF-1/PDGF receptor subfamily. VEGFR-1 is widely expressed in human tissues including normal lung, placenta, liver, kidney, heart and brain tissues. It is specifically expressed in most of the vascular endothelial cellsand peripheral blood monocytes. VEGFR-1 contains seven Ig-like C2-type domains and one protein kinase domain. VEGFR-1is an essential receptor tyrosine kinase and plays an important role in theregulation of VEGF family-mediated vasculogenesis, angiogenesis, and lymphangiogenesis. It is also mediators of neurotrophic activity and regulators of hematopoietic development. VEGFR-1 is a receptor for VEGF, VEGFB and PGF. It has a tyrosine-protein kinase activity. Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as a cell-surface receptor for VEGFA, VEGFB and PGF.It may play an essential role as a negative regulator of embryonic angiogenesis by inhibiting excessive proliferation of endothelial cells and promote endothelial cell proliferation, survival and angiogenesis in adulthood. Its function in promoting cell proliferation seems to be cell-type specific. VEGFR-1 can also promote PGF-mediated proliferation of endothelial cells, proliferation of some types of cancer cells, but does not promote proliferation of normal fibroblasts (in vitro).

Human delta(3,5)-Delta(2,4)-dienoyl-CoA isomerase(ECH1) is a member of the hydratase/isomerase superfamily and contains a C-terminal peroxisomal targeting sequence and localises to peroxisomes. ECH1 shows high sequence similarity to enoyl-CoA hydratases of several species, particularly within a conserved domain characteristic of these proteins. The rat orthologlocalises to the matrix of both the peroxisome and mitochondria.It can isomerize 3-trans, 5-cis-dienoyl-CoA to 2-trans,4-trans-dienoyl-CoA, indicating that it is a delta3,5-delta2,4-dienoyl-CoA isomerase. ECH1 plays an important role in the auxiliary step of the fatty acid beta-oxidation pathway.

PHLPP1 Antibody: PHLPP1 is a member of the serine/threonine phosphatase family, which are important regulators of Akt serine-threonine kinases (AKT1, AKT2, AKT3) and conventional/novel protein kinase C (PKC) isoforms. PHLPP1 and PHLPP2 have a similar domain structure and have been shown to dephosphorylate and inactivate, distinct Akt isoforms, at one of the two critical phosphorylation sites required for activation: Serine473. MYCT1 Antibody: MYCT1 was initially identified as a novel target of the c-Myc oncogene in myeloid cells. It is a widely expressed nuclear protein whose overexpression can promote apoptosis, alteration of morphology, enhancement of anchorage-independent cell growth, tumorigenic conversion, promotion of genomic instability, and inhibition of hematopoietic differentiation. MYCT1 binds to the promoters of several c-Myc-regulated genes and it has been suggested that the phenotypes seen in MYCT1-overexpressing cells are a result of the deregulation of these genes. RUNX1-ETO, a fusion protein made up of RUNX1 and ETO, is thought to deregulate the proliferation and responsiveness of human hematopoietic progenitor cells downstream of MYCT1.

ZNF41 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It contains 18 C2H2-type zinc fingers and 1 KRAB domain. ZNF41 may be involved in transcriptional regulation. A chromosomal aberration, translocation t (X;7) (p11.3;q11.21), involving ZNF41 has been found in a patient with sever mental retardation. This gene product is a likely zinc finger family transcription factor.
