Description:
Nucleoside-Diphosphate Kinases (NDKs) are enzymes that catalyze the exchange of phosphate groups between different nucleoside diphosphates. NDKs Possesse nucleoside-diphosphate kinase, serine/threonine-specific protein kinase, geranyl and farnesyl pyrophosphate kinase, histidine protein kinase and 3-5 exonuclease activities. NDKs involved in cell proliferation, differentiation and development, signal transduction, G protein-coupled receptor endocytosis, and gene expression and required for neural development including neural patterning and cell fate determination. Prokaryotic NDK forms a functional homotetramer. There are two isoforms of NDK in humans: NDK-A and NDK-B. Both have very similar structure, and can combine in any proportion to form functional NDK hexamers.

Description:
Interleukin-33 (IL-33) belongs to the IL-1 superfamily. IL33 is highly expressed in endothelial venules found in tonsils, Peyer patches and mesenteric lymph nodes, but almost undetectable in placenta. IL33 induces the production of T helper-2 (Th2)-associated cytokines. IL-33 is a cytokine that mediates its biological effects by binding to and signals through IL1RL1/ST2 and IL-1 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL1RAP), activating intracellular molecules in the NF-κB and MAP kinase signaling pathways that drive production of type 2 cytokines from polarized Th2 cells.

Description:
Platelet-Activating Factor Acetylhydrolase IB Subunit beta (PAFAHB) is a cytoplasmic hydrolase. PAFAHB is a member of the GDSL lipolytic enzyme family. It also belongs to Platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase IB beta/gamma subunits subfamily. Cytosolic PAF-AH IB is formed of three subunits of 45 kDa (alpha), 30 kDa (beta) and 29 kDa (gamma), PAFAHB is a catalytic subunit. PAFAHB inactivates PAF by removing the acetyl group at the sn-2 position.

Description:
ATP2C2 Antibody: ATP2C2, also known as secretory pathway Ca2+/Mn2+-ATPase (SPCA) 2, belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the transport of the calcium from the cytosol to the Golgi lumen. Defects in the related gene ATP2C1 cause Hailey-Hailey disease, for which ATP2C2 does not compensate, suggesting that ATP2C2 plays other physiological roles. Unlike ATP2C1, ATP2C2 has a much more restricted expression pattern and displays a higher maximal turnover rate for overall Ca2+-ATPase reaction and a lower apparent affinity for cytosolic Ca2+ activation of phosphorylation. Overexpression of ATP2C2 in mammary tumors result a Ca2+ influx via the store-operated Ca2+ channel ORAI1 and independent of the STIM1 and STIM2 sensors.

Description:
SPT1 Antibody: Serine palmitoyltransferase, which consists of two different subunits, is the key enzyme in sphingolipid biosynthesis. It converts L-serine and palmitoyl-CoA to 3-oxosphinganine with pyridoxal 5'-phosphate as a cofactor. SPT1 is the long chain base subunit 1 of mammalian serine palmitoyltransferase. SPT1 is not catalytically active but is necessary for the stabilization of the SPT2 subunit and anchoring the holoenzyme to the cytosolic face of the endoplasmic reticulum. Missense mutations in this gene have been identified in patients with hereditary sensory neuropathy type 1 (HSAN1). These mutations induce a shift in the substrate specificity of the holoenzyme, leading to the formation and accumulation of two neurotoxic sphingolipids.

Description:
MYST2 belongs to the MYST family, which is characterized by a highly conserved C2HC zinc finger and a putative histone acetyltransferase domain. MYST2 specifically represses AR-mediated transcription. MYST2 is a new AR-interacting protein capable of modulating AR activity. It could play a significant role in regulating AR-dependent genes in normal and prostate cancer cells. The biochemical and genetic interactions of MYST family protein MYST2 with two components of the replication apparatus, MCM2 and ORC1, suggest that MYST2-associated HAT activity may play a direct role in the process of DNA replication. MYST2 is a positive regulatory factor for prereplicative complex assembly.

Description:
ATF6B (CREBL1) is a transcription factor in the unfolded protein response (UPR) pathway during ER stress. Either as a homodimer or as a heterodimer with ATF6-alpha, the protein binds to the ER stress response element, interacting with nuclear transcription factor Y to activate UPR target genes. ATF6B is normally found in the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum; however, under ER stress, the N-terminal cytoplasmic domain is cleaved from the rest of the protein and translocates to the nucleus. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. The protein encoded by this gene bears sequence similarity with the Creb/ATF subfamily of the bZip superfamily of transcription factors. It localizes to both the cytoplasm and the nucleus. The gene localizes to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region on chromosome 6.
