Description:
Interleukin 2 (IL2) is a secreted cytokine that is important for the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes. The receptor of this cytokine is a heterotrimeric protein complex whose gamma chain is also shared by interleukin 4 (IL4) and interleukin 7 (IL7). The expression of this gene in mature thymocytes is monoallelic, which represents an unusual regulatory mode for controlling the precise expression of a single gene. The targeted disruption of a similar gene in mice leads to ulcerative colitis like disease, which suggests an essential role of this gene in the immune response to antigenic stimuli. IL2 has been shown to have antitumor effects in some studies. This is probably mediated by cytotoxic effector cells.

TLR7 Antibody: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are signaling molecules that recognize different microbial products during infection and serve as an important link between the innate and adaptive immune responses. These proteins act through adaptor molecules such as MyD88 and TIRAP to activate various kinases and transcription factors. TLR7, like TLRs 3, 8, and 9, is localized in intracellular acidic compartments such as the phagolysosome and will recognize some single-stranded RNA viruses such as vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) and influenza virus. Activation of TLR7 by VSV results in stimulation of the immune response including IFNalpha secretion, suggesting the importance of TLR7 in virus recognition.

NONO is DNA- and RNA binding protein, involved in several nuclear processes. It binds the conventional octamer sequence in double stranded DNA. It also binds single-stranded DNA and RNA at a site independent of the duplex site. It is involved in pre-mRNA splicing and interacts with U5 snRNA. The SFPQ-NONO heteromer associated with MATR3 may play a role in nuclear retention of defective RNAs, be involved in DNA unwinding by modulating the function of topoisomerase I/TOP1 and be involved in DNA nonhomologous end joining (NHEJ) required for double-strand break repair and V (D)J recombination and may stabilize paired DNA ends. APOBEC3G Antibody: The Apoliprotein B mRNA-editing, enzyme-catalytic, polypeptide-like (APOBEC) 3 is a multi-isoform member of the cytidine deaminase family of enzymes that act on monomeric nucleoside and nucleotide substrates. Similar to TRIM5 alpha which targets incoming retroviral capsids, APOBEC3 plays a major role in cellular defense against retroviral infection as at least two isoforms, APOBEC3G and to a lesser extent APOBEC3F, can be incorporated HIV-1 virions and induce hypermutation in the newly synthesized viral DNA and thus destabilize the viral genome. This innate mechanism of retroviral resistance is counteracted by the HIV-1 Vif protein by inducing the ubiquitization and degradation of APOBEC3G; a single amino acid substitution (D128K) blocks APOBEC3G depletion without affecting its inhibitory activity.

Ephrin-B1, also named EFL-3, ELK ligand, EPH-related receptor tyrosine kinase ligand 2, is a single-pass type I membrane protein. It contains 1 ephrin RBD (ephrin receptor-binding) domain and belongs to the ephrin family. Ephrins are divided into the ephrin-A (EFNA) class, which are anchored to the membrane by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol linkage, and the ephrin-B (EFNB) class, which are transmembrane proteins. All ephrins share a conserved extracellular sequence, which most likely corresponds to the receptor-binding domain. Ephrin-B1 has been shown to bind EphA3, EphB1, EphB2, EphB3, and EphB4. This antibody recognises an epitope encoded by exon v6 on the variant portion of human CD44. The CD44 molecule belongs to a family of cellular adhesion molecules found on a wide range of normal and malignant cells in epithelial, mesothelial and hemopoiesis tissues. CD44 is a single gene with 20 exons, of which 10 are normally expressed to encode the basic CD44 (H-CAM) molecule. The additional 10 exons (v1 to v10) are only expressed by alternative splicing of the nuclear RNA. The expression of specific cell adhesion molecule CD44 splice variants has been reported to be associated with metastasis in certain human malignancies.
